Graduates throwing Cap in air

Leopard Loans allow students to begin and complete their education at Temple College. These loans are fully funded by donors who believe that the completion of a certificate or degree will allow students to live independently. We require repayment of all loans in order to continue loaning funds to new students.

Leopard Loans offer students the ability to stay focused on their classes instead of worrying about financial pressures. The Foundation offers short-term loans of no more than $1,000.00 available at no interest.

Loans must be paid off by the end of the semester in which they are applied for (Fall, Spring or Summer). Once a loan has been repaid, a student is eligible to apply for another loan provided repayment of the prior loan was made as agreed upon. Please note a hold will be placed on your Temple College account if  the loan is not paid off by the due date. This will prevent being able to register for a new semester or acquiring a transcript.

Please be prepared to upload your proof of enrollment at Temple College, and any supporting documents you have. You will be contacted if any additional documentation is needed.

The following is a list of most common supporting documents:

  • Book List - If applying for books
  • Copy of Lease with Name of Applicant - If applying for housing (Does not have to provide full lease)
  • Copy of Bill, Invoice, etc. with Name of Applicant - If applying for bill or other expense
